Barrelete

Zoom -TGA Virtual Studio

Train like an athlete but feel like a dancer with Barrelete. This interval-based program combines the best of barre, athletic conditioning, dance and Pilates. Equipment needed: yoga mat, two pairs of hand weights (medium to heavy), a sturdy piece of furniture, playground (or Pilates ball), and a pair of gliding discs.

Tone, lift, and lengthen your muscles from inside out using a blend of ballet positions, postures, traditional fitness, and mat Pilates to improve your overall physique and center your mind. Benefits include a full body toning, a strengthened core, and increased energy.
